We create awareness by investing in local communities and engaging the communities in community service. We believe in being the change that we seek to see. We encourage communities to speak their minds on issues that affect us in society.Rants&Raves runs a global online support group on Facebook, with members providing support to each other and realizing that our stories, though unique, all bear the same fundamentals of humanity.Rants&Raves also gives support to local communities through initiatives like The Rants&Raves Giveaways, Rants&Raves Academy Scholarships and Rants&Raves Speakers.

WHO WE ARE
Our Roots
Rants&Raves was founded in 2018 in Connecticut USA by three friends ; Jaleen Aduma, Virginia Kago and Catherine Aduma.
Rants&Raves was founded as an online support group offering in house Mental health and wellness knowledge, advice from peers and inhouse mental health professionals, while connecting its members to local mental health clinics and resources.
In 2019, Rants&Raves expanded into Community service initiatives with the goal of raising awareness on mental health and wellness.
Rants&Raves introduced The Rants&Raves Giveaways, a system that rewards members for volunteering in community service and raising awareness on mental health.
The Rants&Raves Academy Scholarship was also established to support children of Rants&Raves Members.
As the agenda of Rants&Raves goes; Speak Your Mind, Rants&Raves established the Rants&Raves Speakers, a platform that gives members a chance to become Speakers In their field of interest. To showcase their expertise and share their story with others to be the change they seek to see.

Rants&Raves is championing Community service programs, Raising Awareness on mental health and Wellness and creating social and economical change in society through self initiatives by its members. Engaging in discussions and brainstorming on ideas allows our members to tailor make solutions to problems in society. Rants&Raves links members to resources to facilitate these programs.Our giveaways are tied to members committment to Community service. The giveaways make Community service fun lifestyle for our members.

At Rants&Raves, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in providing access to Education to our members Children through our Scholarship Program. Quality Education is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation with partners and donors, we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference. Our goal is to give access to quality education, prepare scholars for global markets and to provide mentorship programs for our members through the Rants&Raves Academy. Jaleen Aduma
A dedicated Mother. A young woman who immigrated to the united states from Kenya. As a mom having lived through Postpartum depression, Jaleen realised the importance of a support system and the need for mental health awareness. Jaleen is a graduate Biochemist and entrepreneur with a passion for community service and self development.
Virginia Kago
Virginia Is A Self Made Business Mogul, owner of The HoHo Business Enterprise Inc. A young Woman who immigrated from Kenya To the United States. Has a drive and Passion for Children's Rights, Mental health and Wellness.
Catherine Aduma
Catherine is a Health and Wellness Coach and Entrepreneur. A young CEO who immigrated from Kenya to the United States, Catherine is dedicated to serving her community especially in Womens health, beauty and Relationships.
